The Damodar Kunda (lake) is a religious lake famous for Hindu devotees. It lies at a height of 4890 meters and is located in high Himalayas at the north of Annapurna range. Therefore, the weather here is the cold and windy. It is a great place to visit during the festival season, especially during the full of moon of August, as many Hindu and Buddhist pilgrims visit this area at that time. You get to experience amazing views of Tibetan plateaus & Damodar Himal from the viewpoint around Damodar Kund.
