Day 01 : Arrival at international airport and pickup and transfer to your hotel and trekking briefing with welcome dinner.
Day 02 : Trek from Kalikasthan to Khanchowk (1000m) which takes about 6 hours walk.
Day 03 : Trek from Khanchowk to Kharchwok (1550m) and it takes about 6 hours walk.
Day 04 : Trek from Kharchowk to Barpak (1750m) which takes about 6 hours walk.
Day 05 : Trek from Barpak to Dhansirakharka (2000m) and it takes about 5 hours walk.
Day 06 : Trek from Dhansirakharka to Bhaisekharka (about 3950m) which takes about 6 hours walk.
Day 07 : Trek from Bhaisekharka to Rupinala glacier (4000m) and it takes about 8 hours walk.
Day 08 : Trek from Glacier camp to ChulingKhola Kharka (3950m) which takes about 5 hours walk on the glacier.
Day 09 : Trek from Chulingkhola Kharka to Ngyak bensi .
Day 10 : Ngyak bensi to Ghap (2156m) 6 and ½ hours walk.
Day 11 : Ghap to Li Gompa (about 3650m) 6 hours walk.
Day 12 : Li Gompa to Raman Kunda (3950m) 6 hours walk.
Day 13 : Raman Kunda to Sama Gompa (3530m)4 hours walk.
Day 14 : Sama Gompa to Samdo village (3780m) 5 and ½ hours walk.
Day 15 : Samdo village to Dharmasala rest house (4480) 5 hours walk.
Day 16 : Dharmasala rest house to Bhimtang (3530m) 7 hours walk. 5213m Larkela pass and going down way to Bhimtang.
Day 17 : Bhimtang to Dharapani (1880m) 6 hours walk down hill.
Day 18 : Dharapani to Danaquekharka (5900m) 6 hours walk.
Day 19 : Danaquekharka to Rambrong Danda (5000m) camp.
Day 20 : Rambrong Danda to Day excoration Lamjung base camp and back to camp.
Day 21 : Rambrong Danda to Taprang Dharmasala (3460m) 6 hours walk.
Day 22 : Taprang Dharmasala to Ghyamrang (2450m) 6 hours walk.
Day 23 : Ghyamrang to Sahure Bhanjyang (1040m) 6 and ½ hours walk.
Day 24 : Sahure Bhanjyang to Begnas Tal (610m) 2 hours walk.
Day 25 : Begnas Tal one day rest.
Day 26 : Spare day for rest day on the way where necessary during the Adventure pass.
Day 27 : Begnas Tal to Kathmandu by private transport 6 hours drive.
Day 28 : Departure transport to International airport.

How can I enter in Nepal?
Nepal is a popular tourist destination in south Asia. Several airlines have direct and non-stop flights from Middle East and Asia to Kathmandu, Capital of Nepal.
There are direct flights from London, Paris, Frankfurt, Doha, Osaka, Shanghi, Mascow, Bangkok, Singapore, Hongkong, Karachi, Bombay, Delhi, Calcutta, Paro, Dhaka, Lhasa, Varanasi.
Do I need to stay in Katmandu?
Kathmandu is the capital of Nepal. At least, you need to spend one or two nights in Kathmandu before and after your trip. We can arrange your hotel accommodation in Kathmandu as per your interest and budget.
Can I do Manaslu - Rupinala - Ramrong - Lamjung trek?
Manaslu - Rupinala - Ramrong - Lamjung trek is suitable for any trekker looking for something a little more challenging and energetic. It does not require that you have any previous trekking or mountaineering experience. You need to be moderately fit and normally healthy. It is good if you do some exercise before you come to Nepal for trekking.
When should I come for Manaslu - Rupinala - Ramrong - Lamjung trek?
February, March, April, May, June, September, October, November are the best seasons. However, July & August are okay and trekking can be done but not so clear visibility due to rain.
Do I need to join with group?
It is not necessary; you have to join with group and follow our group departure date, because private trip departures everyday upon your
request and requirements. You can move at your own pace and set your own schedule by not being in group.
What kind of accommodation I can have during the trip?
In Kathmandu, we can provide any category of hotels you want as per your interest and budget and during the trekking, we provide you guest house which is called Tea house. Tea Houses are more like hotels, with hot showers, western food, and private rooms (twin sharing). In this arrangement overnight halts with dinner and breakfast will be in Tea-houses (Lodges) and lunches in local restaurants en-route.
Furthermore as you will be staying in locally owned lodges you will be benefiting and interacting with the local community. It will give you a true feel for the Nepalese people and their lives.
What kind of meals I can have during the trek?
All Meals on full board basis will be provided during trekking. You have to choose from menu. Freshly cooked food is served at all times (western, continental and Nepali meals are available in all places). Three meals a day will be provided.
Do I have pre-departure meeting?
Yes, at first, our staff will receive you at the airport and transfer to the hotel and our tour leader will brief regarding about the trip. The briefing will cover the itinerary and introduction of your trek guide and porters.
Can I charge camera batteries along the trek?
Yes, Most of the places, you can charge batteries along the trek (per hour USD 2-3 for charging).
Can I extend my holiday?
Everest base camp trek can be extend and there are many options and choices to extend your holiday before or after your main trip. Following trips are suggested for your holiday extensions.
