Itinerary - Manaslu Circuit Trek

Day 01 : Drive from Kathmandu to Aarughat Bazaar (570m.) which takes about 6 to 7 hours.
Day 02 : Trek from Aarughat to Sundi Khola (730m) which takes about 5 to 6 hours.
Day 03 : Trek form Sundi Khola to Machha Khola (930m.) which takes about 4 to 5 hours.
Day 04 : Trek from Machha Khola to Jagat (1370m.) which takes about 5 to 6 hours.
Day 05 : Trek form Jagat to Deng (1860m) which takes about 7 to 8 hours.
Day 06 : Trek from Deng to Ghap (2380m.) which takes about 7 to 8 hours.
Day 07 : Trek from Ghap to lho village (3020m) which takes about 6 to 7 hours.

Day 08 : Trek from lho village to Sama Gaon (3390m) and it takes about 6 to 7 hours.
Day 09 : Rest day surrounded by mountains in a peaceful forest, you take a rest day to acclimatize and relax.
Day 10 : Trek from Sama Gaon to Larkya lodge (Dharamsala) (4460m) which takes about 5 TO 6 hours.
Day 11 : Trek from Larkya Lodge to Bimtang (3590m) which takes about 7 to 8 hours.
Day 12 : Trek from Bimtang to Tilje which takes about 4 to 5 hours.
Day 13 : Trek from Tilje to BAgarchhap (2164M.) which takes about 4 to 5 hours.
Day 14 : Trek from Bagarchhap to Chame (2713M.) and it takes about 5 to 6 hours.
Day 15 : Trek from Chame to Pisang (3185M.) which takes about 4 to 5 hours.

Day 16 : Trek from Pisang to Manang (3450M.) and it takes approximately 5 to 6 hours.
Day 17 : Trek from Manang to Thorung Phedi which takes about 7 to 8 hours.
Day 18 : Trek from Thorong Phedi to Muktinath which takes about 8 to 9 hours.
Day 19 : Trek from Muktinath to Jomsom which takes about 6 to 7 hours.
Day 20 : Fly from Pokhara to Kathmandu. You take an early morning flight to Pokhara. It is a spectacular flight along the Kali Gandaki Gorge and provides wonderful views of both the Dhaulagiri and Annapurna ranges. You then catch a further flight back to Kathmandu.

Some Frequently Asked Questions By Customers?

How can I enter in Nepal?
Nepal is a popular tourist destination in south Asia. Several airlines have direct and non-stop flights from Middle East and Asia to Kathmandu, Capital of Nepal.

There are direct flights from London, Paris, Frankfurt, Doha, Osaka, Shanghi, Mascow, Bangkok, Singapore, Hongkong, Karachi, Bombay, Delhi, Calcutta, Paro, Dhaka, Lhasa, Varanasi.

Do I need to stay in Katmandu?
Kathmandu is the capital of Nepal. At least, you need to spend one or two nights in Kathmandu before and after your trip. We can arrange your hotel accommodation in Kathmandu as per your interest and budget.

Can I do Manaslu Circuit trek?
Manaslu Circuit trek is suitable for any trekker looking for something a little more challenging and energetic. It does not require that you have any previous trekking or mountaineering experience. You need to be moderately fit and normally healthy. It is good if you do some exercise before you come to Nepal for trekking.

When should I come for Manaslu Circuit trek
?
February, March, April, May, June, September, October, November are the best seasons. However, July & August are okay and trekking can be done but not so clear visibility due to rain.

Do I need to join with group?
It is not necessary; you have to join with group and follow our group departure date, because private trip departures everyday upon your
request and requirements. You can move at your own pace and set your own schedule by not being in group.

What kind of accommodation I can have during the trip?
In Kathmandu, we can provide any category of hotels you want as per your interest and budget and during the trekking, we provide you guest house which is called Tea house. Tea Houses are more like hotels, with hot showers, western food, and private rooms (twin sharing). In this arrangement overnight halts with dinner and breakfast will be in Tea-houses (Lodges) and lunches in local restaurants en-route.

Furthermore as you will be staying in locally owned lodges you will be benefiting and interacting with the local community. It will give you a true feel for the Nepalese people and their lives.

What kind of meals I can have during the trek?
All Meals on full board basis will be provided during trekking. You have to choose from menu. Freshly cooked food is served at all times (western, continental and Nepali meals are available in all places). Three meals a day will be provided.

Do I have pre-departure meeting?
Yes, at first, our staff will receive you at the airport and transfer to the hotel and our tour leader will brief regarding about the trip. The briefing will cover the itinerary and introduction of your trek guide and porters.

Can I charge camera batteries along the trek?
Yes, Most of the places, you can charge batteries along the trek (per hour USD 2-3 for charging).

Can I extend my holiday?
Everest base camp trek can be extend and there are many options and choices to extend your holiday before or after your main trip. Following trips are suggested for your holiday extensions.

• 2 nights / 3 days Chitwan Jungle Safari
• 2 full day sightseeing tour in Bhaktapur, Patan Durbar Square and  Kathmandu valley
• 1night/2 days Trisuli or Bhote Kosi river rafting
• Everest mountain flight.
