Itinerary - Ganesh Himal Singla Pass Trek

Day 01 : Drive from Kathmandu to Sole Bazaar (650m.) via Betrawati which takes about seven hours.
Day 02 : Trek from Sole Bazaar to Satdobate which takes about five hours.
Day 03 : Trek from Satobate to Balche which takes about five hours.
Day 04 : Trek from Balche to Gonga which takes about seven hours.
Day 05 : Trek form Gonga to Rupchet Kharka which takes about five hours.
Day 06 : Trek from Rupchet Kharka to Mangchet Kharka via Singla Top which takes about seven hours.
Day 07 : Trek from Mangchet Kharka to Pangsang Bhanjyang that takes approximately seven hours. .
Day 08 : Trek and climb Pangsang La Danda and trek back to Pangsang Bhanjyang which takes about three hours.
Day 09 : Trek from Pangsang Bhanjyang to Chalise that takes about seven hours.
Day 10 : Trek from Chalise to Hindung which takes about five hours.
Day 11 : Trek from Hindung to Rajgang Kharka and it takes about five and half hours.
Day 12 : Trek from Rajgang Kharka to Kalo Seto Kunda (Black and White Lake) Ganesh Himal Base Camp duration about six hours.
Day 13 : Rest day at the Base Camp.
Day 14 : Trek from Ganesh Himal Base Camp to Rajgang Kharka and it takes about six hours.
Day 15 : Trek from Rajgang Kharka to Chalise (2000m.) which takes about six hours.
Day 16 : Trek from Chalise to Laba Besi (1500m.) and it takes about six hours.
Day 17 : Trek from Laba Besi to Manyang Bhanjyang (2934m.) and it takes about five hours.
Day 18 : Trek from Manyang Bhanjyang to Majhgaun (2200m.) and which takes approximately six hours. .
Day 19 : Trek from Majhgaun to Budathum and it takes about five hours.
Day 20 : Trek from Budathum to Arughat Bazaar (500m.) which takes about two hours.


You board vehicle at Arughat Bazaar to reach Kathmandu. This is one of the picturesque journeys. While driving, you head up to Dhading Besi and Malekhu and Malekhu is famous for delicious fish. En route, you could enjoy the mountain views, green sceneries, rice terrace fields, vegetable fields and people being engaged in their daily life activities. From Naubishe you climb up to Thankot, the gateway to capital city.

How can I enter in Nepal?
Nepal is a popular tourist destination in south Asia. Several airlines have direct and non-stop flights from Middle East and Asia to Kathmandu, Capital of Nepal.

There are direct flights from London, Paris, Frankfurt, Doha, Osaka, Shanghi, Mascow, Bangkok, Singapore, Hongkong, Karachi, Bombay, Delhi, Calcutta, Paro, Dhaka, Lhasa, Varanasi.

Do I need to stay in Katmandu?
Kathmandu is the capital of Nepal. At least, you need to spend one or two nights in Kathmandu before and after your trip. We can arrange your hotel accommodation in Kathmandu as per your interest and budget.

Can I do Ganesh Himal Trek with Singla Pass?
Ganesh Himal Trek with Singla Pass is suitable for any trekker looking for something a little more challenging and energetic. It does not require that you have any previous trekking or mountaineering experience. You need to be moderately fit and normally healthy. It is good if you do some exercise before you come to Nepal for trekking.

When should I come for Ganesh Himal Trek with Singla Pass
?
February, March, April, May, June, September, October, November are the best seasons. However, July & August are okay and trekking can be done but not so clear visibility due to rain.

Do I need to join with group?
It is not necessary; you have to join with group and follow our group departure date, because private trip departures everyday upon your
request and requirements. You can move at your own pace and set your own schedule by not being in group.

What kind of accommodation I can have during the trip?
In Kathmandu, we can provide any category of hotels you want as per your interest and budget and during the trekking, we provide you guest house which is called Tea house. Tea Houses are more like hotels, with hot showers, western food, and private rooms (twin sharing). In this arrangement overnight halts with dinner and breakfast will be in Tea-houses (Lodges) and lunches in local restaurants en-route.

Furthermore as you will be staying in locally owned lodges you will be benefiting and interacting with the local community. It will give you a true feel for the Nepalese people and their lives.

What kind of meals I can have during the trek?
All Meals on full board basis will be provided during trekking. You have to choose from menu. Freshly cooked food is served at all times (western, continental and Nepali meals are available in all places). Three meals a day will be provided.

Do I have pre-departure meeting?
Yes, at first, our staff will receive you at the airport and transfer to the hotel and our tour leader will brief regarding about the trip. The briefing will cover the itinerary and introduction of your trek guide and porters.

Can I charge camera batteries along the trek?
Yes, Most of the places, you can charge batteries along the trek (per hour USD 2-3 for charging).

Can I extend my holiday?
Everest base camp trek can be extend and there are many options and choices to extend your holiday before or after your main trip. Following trips are suggested for your holiday extensions.

• 2 nights / 3 days Chitwan Jungle Safari
• 2 full day sightseeing tour in Bhaktapur, Patan Durbar Square and  Kathmandu valley
• 1night/2 days Trisuli or Bhote Kosi river rafting
